Because
[1] maps.vix.com doesn't exist any longer ... that zone was replaced by the
mail-abuse.org zone a few months ago.
[2] All the MAPS zones are for-pay (discounts upto 100% if you are a "hobby
user" running a small box for friends and family) now.
