[Exim] Looking for help installing courier-imap on freebsd.

it seems like the port is not configured properly, and courier's
documentation seems quite weak.. I am wondering if someone can help me
setup courier to authenticare via the password file, and use PAM.. Any
takers out there? I REALLY don't want to have to run UW-imap.
