[Exim] Exim config

I'm running Citadel/UX bbs software... is this the correct way to tell exim
how to handle mails to and from Citadel..? Citadel users doesn't exists as
valid Linux users....

citadel_pipe:
driver = pipe
command = /usr/local/citadel/citmail
check_string = "From "
escape_string = ">From "
user = bbs
group = bbs

Then set up a router something like:

citadel_router:
driver = domainlist
transport = citadel_pipe
route_list = bbs.psinergybbs.com
