[Exim] "host_auth_accept_relay" in exim 3.34

I've just installed exim 3.34 (previously using 3.33) and my existing
config file gets rejected. I've checked it (and the list) and can't spot
anything obviously wrong here or discussed on the list, so I've reached
the scratch my head looking puzzled stage!

# exim -bd -q30m
2002-01-08 13:22:30 Exim configuration error
main option "host_auth_accept_relay" unknown in line 27

With debugging:

Exim version 3.34 debug level 9 uid=0 gid=0
probably Berkeley DB version 1.8x (native mode)
LOG: 0 PANIC DIE
Exim configuration error
main option "host_auth_accept_relay" unknown in line 27
search_tidyup called

And the config:

host_auth_accept_relay = *

Does anyone have any ideas?
