You don't - but in that case you shouldn't have any other grobble on the
same line. To quote spec.txt
| Note that a # character other than at the beginning of a line is not
| treated specially, and does not introduce a comment.
When an "= value" *is* specified for a boolean option, then only the first
word is read and checked for true,false,yes,no; the rest of the line is
ignored.
