running Exim-3.33 on Linux RH 7.2, I'm getting weird errors in exim_paniclog:

missing "=" after rbl_log_headers in line 218
when spec.txt shows rbl_log_headers as being boolean. Here's the applicable
section of exim's configure file, lines numbered:

perhaps is the problem somewhere else, but just accumulating at line 218?
but if I comment out rbl_log_headers I don't get the error.
