Hello Exim users,
Believe me on this one. I have already searched the list archives but still remain
stumped. I'm not sure whether my problem is DNS or Exim or something else.
Exim has been working PERFECTLY until this came up. I'm still not able to figure
out why Exim would REJECT all hosts, even those on my network for which I have
a rule to allow relay. The error says:
2001-12-27 08:16:32 recipients from [62.8.64.227] refused (failed to find host name from IP address)
That IP is on my network 62.8.64.0/19 and I also have 212.49.74.0/25
I have always had the directive below in my configure file:
host_accept_relay = +warn_unknown:62.8.64.0/24:62.8.65.0/24:62.8.66.0/24:62.8.67.0/24:212.49.74.0/25
I am now forced to use a very basic configure file which I must swear is messing me up because I also
have some virtual domains to handle.
I could be doing the wrong thing - panicking while searching the docs/archives and ending
up missing the vital clue......
What could be the source of this problem?
TIA
