[Exim] Having a little trouble with some aliases

i've recently setup my company's email system, and the boss wants all
undeliverable mail to goto his email address instead of bouncing. I've
done what seems logical and put * in the alias file along with several
others. However. Now instead of just sending underliverable mail to his
address, it sends EVERYTHING. Now this is his big issue, and unless I can
get this to work, he might cancel the whole deal and move onto some other
solution.

I've attached the relevent part of my exim.conf file, and my aliases
file. Hopefully someone can make some sense :)
