They offer STARTTLS. What else do you need? Do you call every
postmaster and ask whether it's ok to use the extensions his MTA
advertizes?
My MTA offers STARTTLS and many systems (like the one on which the
exim mailing list is hosted) use it. If I wouldn't want that, I can
turn it off...
