then eximconfig is broken. happens every once in a while.

(and, actually, it really is. i've just looked at it. don't really
give a damn about, it still creates a nice skeleton most of the time,
and it can't do anything much more anyway. use it to have a skeleton,
that's convenient, but that's about it.)
