I disagree. That question has been asked a couple of dozen times and
the information you're looking for is in the archives.
If you want to be pedantic, the error you quoted means "mailman
returned an error to exim".
You didn't present enough information (like the mailman error logs)
for a more complete answer even if I felt like being charitable to
someone who is too lazy to read the archives.
