Each lookup has its own module, written to a common internal API which
is documented in src/lookups/README. Have a look at the source files
src/lookups/{mysql,pgsql,oracle}.{c,h} for examples.
I would at this stage only add stuff to Exim 4, but the interface hasn't
changed (apart from my wholesale shift to unsigned chars).
