[Exim] Delayed FreeBSD port for exim4

Hi folks,

This message is only of interest to FreeBSD users.

Sorry about the delays with the FreeBSD port for exim4. I've been held
up with the smbfs import and assisting with the core team's status
report backlog. :-(

I hope to get this in place before 4.5-RELEASE, but if anyone already
done work in this area, please show me what you've done. :-)
