[Exim] Gotcha: Outlook and SMTP AUTH

Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express 6 work just fine with SMTP AUTH ... _if_ you
remember to click the checkbox that says "My server requires authentication" in
the account properties for the outgoing server. There is no corresponding
setting in the Internet Connection Wizard for this (when you first set up the
account).
What fun! ;P
