Please remember that exim-users is a list of volunteers who in many cases
have their own full time jobs to deal with in addition to the help they
offer others. The only way you're going to guarantee a timely response is to
pay me for my time as a consultant. :)
As I said previously, you'll want to add 'locally_caseless=false' to each
director where it is appropriate to do so. In other words do you have
caseful users in your password file? Add it to localuser, procmail, and
userforward. Do you have aliases which are caseful where "Alias" and "alias"
go to two different places? Add it to system_aliases, etc.
