So, I have about 200 frozen mails (and more coming because of this):

Yep, this apparently means that the MX resolves back to mail.mydomain.tld,
and of course exim isn't configured to receive mail for it, so the mails get
frozen.
I didn't realize that DNS could be so broken as to allow that.
Anything I can do on my side to defend against such brokenness?
