there is a filter for blocking attachments, that is documented (called
system_filter.exim) well in the archives,
search the mailing list, it's not too dificult.

Scanning for viruses, again, there has been a lot on that search the
archives..
(I keep saying search the archives because thtat is where I find most of
this stuff when I need to implement it.

(And try to post non-html mail, some people here get upset with HTML
mail to the list)
