[Exim] Rewrite yielding unqualified address...

    In my paniclog, and mainlog, I get a ton of entries that say:

2001-11-21 16:38:06 23423-234234-23 Rewrite of bla@??? yielded
unqualified address "${lookup{$1}lsearch{/etc/email-addresses}{$value}fail"


All mail delivers just fine, but I am wondering why I get this error, and
more, what does it mean? What is Exim trying to rewrite??
