[Exim] Typo in convert4r4 output

Hi Philip --

I've just built and installed the first alpha of Exim 4 on my system.
All going smoothly so far, but the output of convert4r4 says:

  ** The following comments describe problems that have been encountered
     while converting an Exim 3 runtime file for Exim 4. More detail can
     be found in the file doc/README.UPDATING.R4.
                              ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Should be doc/Exim4.upgrade, no?
