On our mailservers (over 300k/day connects) this feature works good,
but for the first time you'll need to check log file for "broken"
mailing-list and fix exim configuration file. First look shows, that
messages from sourceforge, hewlett-packard ML's and cnn.com dropped very
frequent :))
