[Exim] .forward mechanism

Hello,
I have configured exim to work on my private lan at work. (it is not
connected to the internet)
I have a working DNS server and an Exchange server which is the default MX
record of the domain.
I'm able to send mails to user@domain1 and the mails will be auto-relayed to
the exchange server.
using user@??? i'm sending the mails to the unix accounts and
not to the exchange.
Now, i want to add the .forward mechanism (for aliases as well).
When trying to send mails to user (w/o @domain1) it will automaticly relay
through the exchange server.
How can I configure exim that all mails that do not have fully qualified
addresses (w/o remote address) will be directed to the .forward mechanism?
