Sorry, one more dumb question.
This rule:

Catches "foo@???" but not "foo@???".
This rule

| driver = domainlist
| transport = local_rsmtp
| domains = *.MYEMPLOYER.com
| route_list = "*.MYEMPLOYER.com localhost byname"
Catches "foo@???" but not "foo@???".
For now, I've just got both rules, but there must be an easy way to
combine them so that any domain name that ends in MYEMPLOYER.com is
caught.
