OK, so you are just too lazy, even when pointed at a specific section
of the spec.

and if people actually took a little time to read it there would be
less stupid traffic on this list and some of us would spend more time
reading and answering the real questions that don't have an existing
simple answer that can be trivially grepped for.
I've been on exim-users for a long time, you'll find a lot of answers
from me in the archives and several contributed configs and such, but
these days I find myself hardly reading it because it takes too long
to wade through the morass of repetitive stupid questions.
