[Exim] urgent mail queue help

Please help!!

I've finally got exim (3.33 on Solaris 8) compiled and running. I'm able to send and recieve mail however the mail is getting stuck in the mail queue (both ways). I have to manually force exim to send it to do the actual delivery. How can I change this behaviour?
