[Exim] RBL stuff

I don't think my rbl setup is working, I tried the tests that they have on
the web sites and both test failed.

Here's what I have in the config:

rbl_domains = blackholes.mail-abuse.org/reject : \
dialups.mail-abuse.org/reject

I also tried it with:

rbl_reject_recipients = true

added to it.


I have killed and restarted exim and all the other commands work, such as
host_reject_recipients and the like.

So what could the matter be?
