TFM tells you exactly what you gain by being a "trusted" user. It allows
you to set various things in incoming messages that are normally not
settable. -f is just one of these things.

If you just want to allow people to use -f, you should be using the
untrusted_set_sender option instead.

In Exim 3, untrusted_set_sender is a boolean on/off switch. In Exim 4,
it is a pattern, which controls what senders untrusted users may set.
