I have answered this on the list a few times, so it should be in the
archive. But not recently.
The only ETA I am prepared to state is for the alpha: it should be out
before the end of this month. It will drift into becoming beta as people
start using it. Eventually, I'll decide to call it 4.00 and do a "real"
release.
