Set up MX records -
domain.com. IN MX 10 pri-mx
IN MX 20 sec-mx
pri-mx IN A 10.0.0.1
sec-mx IN A 10.0.3.1
Then make sure exim / ${mta} on sec-mx relays for your domain (for example,
relay_domains in exim). Dont treat it as local there though.
