Yes, but how *is* it done? I've just reread section 46.1 of the spec,
and there's nothing there on domain-based blacklists. There are no
specific instructions in Philip's blurb on rfc-ignorant.org, just an
explanation of the outcome. *Is* there support for it in Exim 3 at all?
