ya..i m facing the same problem. Frank is sending mails in HTML format and MAILMAN at exim does not stop this kind of junk emails in HTML format.

Emails from Frank S. Bernhardt are causing my mail client (Outlook Express 6) to stop responding. I've kill the process everytime I click on a message from him.
