[Exim] Alias handling question

I have just changed over the local mail server from a very old sendmail
setup to a nice new machine running exim.

The old setup used to handle aliases a little differently.
Some Aliases have a list of local users. Sending mail from a local user
to an alias group that they are a member of would send the mail to all
the users listed for that alias bar the sender.

I have been looking in the documentation but have been unable to find
anything that helps.

Is this even possible using Exim?
