[Exim] Socket bind failed

My mainlog is flooded by the errors messages like shown below, any idea to
resolve these

2001-10-17 16:32:33 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any) failed:
Address already in use: waiting before trying again

2001-10-17 16:33:03 socket bind() to port 25 for address (any) failed:
Address already in use: daemon abandoned
