Uhm.. Seeing as how sender_verify_callback is a *global option* that
takes affect when a message is _received_, and not when it is
delievered, and has nothing to do with transports, maybe not?

I dont think there is a way to do this in exim 3.x. I suspect there
probably will be in exim 4
