[Exim] Limit use of sender_verify_callback to certain users

Assumpte: [Exim] Limit use of sender_verify_callback to certain users
Going off on a tangent; since sender_verify_callback is an "expensive" check, is there a
way to limit it to specific users and aliases (for instance users who get more spam
because their email address or an alias pointing to them is on a website).
