Yikes -- why does root even have a .procmailrc? The usual convention is
to forward all mail for root to one or more human users, namely the
sysadmin(s). Receiving or reading mail as root is asking for trouble.
(What if your MUA turns out to have a buffer overflow and someone
sends you mail that takes advantage of it, and mails them /etc/shadow?)
