[Exim] Additional headers in filter reply

Hi.

I've constructed rather simply filter for replying for certain messages. It
works fine, but the reply is written in Polish, therefore I have to add
header about encoding.
How can it be done? Simply by adding them at the beginnig of the file
contains reply text? Or with some additional parameters to the 'mail'
command?
