[Exim] Few Questions

Hi,

I'm new to Exim but am considering moving from Postfix to Exim, mostly 'cos
I've got a couple of problems that appear unsolvable using Postfix :-(

Would anybody tell me, can Exim do the following:

a) I want to block these pesky Outlook emails where it splits it up into
several small emails. They have a content type of message/partial, so I guess
it should be possible to filter on that?

b) I have a situation where I want to alter the 'To:' header before
delivering. What I want is to be able to send mail to <user>@<fax No>.fax,
and snip off the '.fax' bit before sending it to Hylafax...

If anybody will confirm that I can do this with Exim (and offer any
pointers?) I'd be grateful.
