No, that was a typo.

Ah. OK, I'll use real numbers instead of x, y, and z. You want this:

receiver_verify_addresses = !192.168.100.0/24 : !30.40.50.48/28

...for appropriate values of 30, 40, and 50. I'm sure this is covered
in the Exim docs -- RTFM!
