Looks like you installed a precompiled Exim package that expects mySQL
version 3.23 to be installed. You either have an older version of mySQL
installed, don't have any version of mySQL installed or don't have mySQL
installed correctly.
If you're sure you need mySQL lookups from within Exim, you need to
install mySQL. Otherwise, get a precompiled Exim package that doesn't
require mySQL, or build and install Exim yourself from the source
distribution.
