Basically, cyberis.fr is not a valid email domain. (It is valid as a
domain, but NOT for email) By having neither an MX nor an A record,
they are indicating (possibly in error, possibly not) that they do not
wish to receive email at that domain. They should also not be attempting
to send mail 'from' that domain.

It is entirely legitimate to have a domain which does not have email
service - perhaps they are using it to name the hosts in their lab, or
something else. Just not for email.

It is possible that they never had email setup for that domain, and that
the person/individual/program trying to send you mail is forging their
domain in the sender address (for reasons I'm sure we can guess)
