since many of you showed interest and i managed to contact the author,
i'm posting it here. you can find it at

http://debian.agria.hu/self/local/dists/>. it will be tough for all
of you not using debian - there's no separate diff; but at least after
some mucking you will be able to extract it yourselves against the
1.3.8 tree (so i was told, at least).
the author says he's lying home sick, and doesn't ATM have time to
update the patch for more recent couriers, but eventually it is going
to happen in some time.
please do not direct any queries to me regarding this, as i'm not
using it myself, just happen to know about it.
