Er, actually, it does not appear to me that these errors were generated
by exim, but that the MTA that exim was trying to send *TO* (including
both
www.comminit.com, and mailin-01.mx.aol.com), refused to accept the
message from *YOUR* exim.
I would investigate how this message got on your server in the first
place.
Either one of your customers sent it, you are allowing non-customers to
relay through your server, or possibly this was sent to a list that you
host.
