Hmm, when did that feature appear? Anyway, it takes longer:

My script:

real 0.03
user 0.02
sys 0.01

exim -bpc:

real 0.11
user 0.11
sys 0.00

Running both multiple times gives the same result, so the above
values are stable. Sure, both are quick, but there are currently
only 3000 mails in the queue on that machine.
