[Exim] Monitoring

Hi,

Whats the best monitoring tool with Exim?
I have seen MRTG graphs for qmail, showing queue-size, concurrency remote, concurrency local deliveries,
no of smtp connnetions etc.
How would i achieve something similar in Exim
