Hi Suresh, I appreciate your prompt response.

You may think that error messages are written in easy english.
I think so too. But most of Japanese people don't try to read it
just because they are in English, and then ... hey, my boss is
coming to me :-P

And as most of incoming mails are written in Japanese, I'd like to
write error, warning, or other messages in both English and Japanese
like:

Hey, your mail is rejected because the user's
    mail box is full!

(Japanese message...) yu-za- no me-ru bokkusu ga
ippai nanode, anata no me-ru ha kyohi saremasita.

But here is another problem; Japanese mails should be written in
ISO-2022-JP (so-called 'JIS') character set, but they contains much
of double-quotation marks. like...

    ^]$B$o$C$7$#$N%a!<%k%\%C%/%9$O$b$&K~GU$G$9$N$G!"^](B
    ^]$B$"$J$?$NAw$C$?EE;R%a!<%k$OG[C#$5$l$^$;$s$G$7$?!#^](B
    ^]$BH`<+?H$KEEOC$7$F!"$J$s$H$+$7$F$b$i$&$h$&^](B
    ^]$BEXNO$7$^$7$g$&!#^](B

see? it's like a cryptogram, isn't it? We have to edit it by hand,
because there is no good tool to encode it in JIS and then escape
lots of $s and "s, #s ...

Or, should I make Japanese version of exim?
Hmm.. it seems to be a fun though...
