[Exim] Multi-language support

Hi,

Is there a plan of multi-language'd version of exim?
or exim 4 is potentially friendly with non-English users?
I mean, I want to write Japanese messages directly included
in the exim.conf.

My clients complains that English messages are hard to
understand, and they all ask me what exim says...
