[Exim] Antivirus mail protection

Hi!

What antivirus system can I embed in Exim for protection of
incoming mail on FreeBSD platform? It must be free,
updateble and mostly up-to-date.

Am i right that technical issues on embedding Antivirus in
Exim is in the FAQ?
