[Exim] ADMINISTRIVIA: virus scanners etc...

Please test virus scanners and the like that you implement, both
initially and on every change. Make sure the mail that goes through
them ends up going to the right place...

I have just nuked another mailing list account for looping all list
traffic back to the list address from their virus scanner.
