OK, I can see that point. You see, I don't live in the ISP world, with
all this virtual stuff, and don't always appreciate these things. :-)
However, it still seems a shame to me that you can't make use of the
features the OS provides.

In fact, this morning, as I was looking over the list of things to do
for Exim 4, to see which ones I might still get done in time, I noticed
that this functionality is already on the list. However, I'm not at all
sure it will get into the first release - time is now too short.
