[Exim] Sending mail to different smtp servers

Is it possible to send mail to different smtp servers whith exim?

We are using exim, who are disted (including config file) to my computer.
The problem is that I should send mail from another e-mail account (it's a
pop account, and I'm retriving the e-mail with fetchmail). I have tried
"exim -f <>" but it doesn't work properly.

Anybody have tips for a solution?
(I'm using mutt, and want to just use mutt).
